Schweizer History

The three Schweizer brothers built their first glider in 1930 and incorporated the Company that bears their name in 1939. Schweizer Aircraft has produced 2160 sailplanes, 2650 agricultural airplanes, more than 60 special purpose fixed-wing aircraft and unmanned vehicles, and more than 850 helicopters.

The Model 300C helicopter's outstanding versatility and performance make it the ideal helicopter for training, law enforcement, aerial photography, agricultural spraying, powerline patrol, and many other missions. To meet the worldwide demand for a lower-cost light utility turbine helicopter, Schweizer designed and FAA certified the Model 333. Its unique three-or-four-seat configuration and outstanding performance make the Model 333 an exceptionally versatile and cost-effective light utility helicopter. The third member of the Schweizer family of helicopters, the Model 300CBi, was developed specifically for the commercial training market. It was designed to provide superb flight handling, reliability, and safety characteristics.

Our experienced sales team works closely with Schweizer to ensure that potential clients have all the information necessary to make the right decision, whether it be on a new or preowned helicopter. From client presentations and competitive analysis through to demo flights, Lynton Aviation Aircraft Sales can arrange whatever is required to assist during the purchase of your helicopter.
